You can communicate in many different ways, but I have chosen two ways of communication:
1) Communicate by our website
2) Communicate by AIDA model.
Communication is transferring information from one object to another. The web is a means to communicate, and whenever you are communicating, you need to know what you are saying, to whom and how. The communication can be formal and informal. In my case it is a formal one, because at my website the user does not just receive the information, but also he has the opportunity to receive back the answers to his questions.
Just pretty design and valid code is not enough for building a really good communication.
I have used verbal and non- verbal methods of communication such as: written, visual, audio, text and pictures. For making a successful communication, I have minded all kinds of barriers as:
ability of the sender
content
method of communication
skills and attitude of the receiver
organizational factors
cultural attitude
perception, prejudices and stereotypes
inappropriate target for the message therefore russian women discussion board still enjoy being feminine
Also we will communicate with audience by using AIDA model.
The AIDA model guides organizations by reminding them that any successful promotional technique must eventually lead to an action, or the purchase of the product or service. The AIDA sequence was first published in Strong (1925), who himself attributed the model to St Elmo Lewis (late 19th century)
1) A - Attention (Awareness): attract the attention of the customer.
2) I - Interest: raise customer interest by demonstrating features, advantages, and benefits.
3) D - Desire: convince customers that they want and desire the product or service and that it will satisfy their needs.
4) A - Action: lead customers towards taking action and/or purchasing.
To get interest from our users I will make advertising (the poster) about Fish museum with the help of AIDA model. I will put our poster on the bus stop station (on the bus and so on), so in this way we will communicate with our audience.
F. ex: the places where we can put our advertisements and how they will look like.
TITLE: Kom og ser os!!!
Newspaper
TV
And so on
After those posters we will get action from ordinary audience. communications and advertising agency in Russia
In order to reach the customers and adapt the marketing mix it is essential to define who the target is. In other words I need to identify the target audience. Because before knowing our target group I can not start. It is difficult to make the website for everybody, if I try to do so, I will have a big risk, and the whole process could fail. Therefore choosing our target audience is one of our first planning tasks, and I have to do it very thoroughly. The target group is a group of people I want to attract.
Characteristics of the target group:
o All people
o People who are interesting in fish
o People who can used internet ( f. ex to visit our web page)
o Schools
o Kindergartens
o Young and adult, (male and female)
o Parents
o Grand parents
o Not only Danish, our user international
o Most active visitors are from 7 to 40 years old
This kind of categories of people is an active group. There are people who are used to going in for different entertainment and museums. So, for this target group I will try to make an acceptable web page.
Impact of the project:
The impact of my project is that I will be able to attract many users/visitors by our website to the Fish museum.
Conclusion:
In this part I am presenting my target group on whom I should concentrate my attention for getting the correct information and for making the best design for those users.
In this part of the project I am using the AIDA model, to get interest and attention from our users.
We are using many different posters, to be for sure that we will attract all audience.
Also in this part its possible to see how I should communicate with the user, though our website.
